Good morning:
Has anyone else experienced difficulty in completing the process of
online updates to their Martindale-Hubbell listing? We made initial
changes on October 1 and need to get back into the Lawyer Biography
Manager to make final changes (the deadline is today). According to our
Martindale account exec, we can't get back in until the changes are
physically made in their database, and she has admitted there are some
problems on their end. So far we have no indication that the deadline
will be extended, and only know from our account exec that we "may" be
able to send in more changes today. We are having a great deal of
difficulty in reaching her (voicemail is full; one response to multiple
emails).
We would be interested in knowing if there are other firms out there
experiencing these problems, if you've found a way around them, and/or
if you've received assurances from Martindale that the deadline will be
extended. Please respond to me off-list. I'd be glad to summarize for
the list if I get a lot of response.
