Update: Dealing with some West unsolicited shipments once and for all, I hope

I was contacted by a West Group customer service manager yesterday and
informed that the customer service rep was in error when she told me I would
be coded on a no-ship list . In other words, customers cannot be placed on
a no ship list. From now on, I'm just sending a form letter informing West
that a shipment is unsolicited and that I'm tossing. No more keeping books
around to ship back, even if shipment is free. FYI, form letters are
available on CRIV's website under CRIVTools.
