Listing of changes to French and German law 2002

Any suggestions on where an overview or survey of new French and German
laws can be found for 2002. I expected to find a source that gave a
breakdown of court decisions and laws that went into effect this year
for each country. I recall reading articles of this nature that gave
an overview of federal and state laws for the coming year in the US.
However, I have not turned up a similar article that listed the
changes to occur in France or Germany this year.
