Need help with statistics on sales and valuation of homes remodel ed for handicapped or disabled individuals

An attorney is searching for statistics to answer the question of how
remodeling a single family home for a handicapped resident affects sale
and/or value. I have checked with the National Association of Realtors, the
Appraisal Institute, the National Rehabilitation Information Center and the
Disability Statistics Center and they have nothing. Any help is greatly
appreciated.
