Does any library have the following title and could provide the following
report?
5 New York Law School Journal of International and Comparative Law 409
(1984)
The report is by Peter M McGowan on Arbitration clauses as waivers of
immunity from jurisdiction and execution under the Foreign Sovereign
Immunities Act of 1976.
I am not sure how long the report is, but even a pdf copy is acceptable. I
had tried the NYLS site. Our local libraries have the publication only
after 1990's
We will reimburse of course.
