My academic colleagues,
I have heard that some academic law libraries no longer maintain print
copies of Shepards, and that others no longer maintain two copies of the
National Reporter system.
If this is true of your law library, please let me know. ...and if so, does
your Legal Research & Writing program still make assignments in the print
National Reporter System, with only one copy on the shelf? We are
struggling with some difficult budget decisions here.
