Pasadena, (on the website at http://www.ca9.uscourts.gov/) indicates
that Coalition v. Bush 02-55367 was heard on Wednesday 10 July 2002
before Noonan, Wardlaw, and Berzon CJJ.
Could you please confirm whether an Opinion was been handed down in

a. If so, how can we obtain a copy of the Opinion
