I have a question which is strictly to satisfy my own
curiosity:
does anyone know where I might find statistics on how many
foreign companies U.S. companies own?
and how many U.S. companies foreign companies own?
I know that how you count the companies obviously affects
the answer. So that if U.S. A company owns French B
company, do you count just B or B's subsidiaries? and vice
versa.
[this is really a "Friday" question, but I didn't want you
to have to wait...]
