Does anyone have a handy chart comparing the various federal circuit
court's rules on unpublished opinions? A 1991 Law Library Journal Q&A
piece -- published at 83 LLJ 204 -- included a compilation of the various
rules on opinion publication and the precedential value of unpublished
opinions. An updated version of that chart would be an example of the
information I need.
