Has anyone else received the West Federal Criminal Code and Rules Pamphlet August 2002 Second Revised edition? We just received the revised edition in August (for $33) and now are receiving this edition for another $33. What is going on here? Does anyone have any info. on this? I've noticed that the Revised edition is missing pages 1147-1446 and the notice to subscribers mentions significant changes and the missing pages. Interesting, though, that these significant changes do not change the paging at all - compare the summary of features on the back cover - all "features" begin on the same page.
I do not intend to pay this invoice which looks to me like West is trying to make customers pay for it's error in omitting 300 pages.
If you have any info., please share.
