Table III of the U.S. Code provides a cross reference table between U.S.
Code and Statutes at Large citations. The Code (including Table III) is
available at http://uscode.house.gov/usc.htm.

The Public Health Service Act was enacted as chapter 373 of volume 58 of the
Statutes at Large. If you go to http://uscode.house.gov/usc.htm and search
for

        'table iii' and '58 stat ch 373'

you should pull up a concordance table of original public law section
numbers, Statutes at Large page numbers, and U.S. Code section numbers.
