I am hoping that someone can provide me with or direct me to the following
documents:

        American Bar Foundation Commentaries on the Model Debenture
Indenture Provisions (1971) (the "ABA Commentaries") which include the
Model Debenture Indenture Provisions (the "Model Provisions")

        and

        American Bar Foundation Morgage Bond Indenture Form (1981)

Contacts with the American Bar Foundation, National Association of Bond
Lawyers and American Bar Association have proven fruitless. I am willing to
pay any associated charges. So, once again, I find myself asking for a small
miracle from those who always seem to be able to perform them.
