I am trying to locate a service or an online database that contains biographical information on arbitrators/mediators and information relating to their decisions I have an expert witness who is a AIDA Reinsurance & Insurance Arbitration Society (ARIAS) Certified Arbitrator who has been involved in many arbitrations and mediations. I have tried to numerous databases on LEXIS and Westlaw, LRP Publications and R.C. Simpson, Inc, but none have this person in their database. Does anyone know of another resources that might be helpful?
