Good Afternoon,
If anyone has access to the August 2002 issue of Scientific
American, I need to verify the page number of an article(?), report(?),
column(?) about "smart" cards. There is an abstract on Westlaw with a
title, "Safety at a Cost," with a cite, 8/1/02 SCIAM 8687.
Can anyone help?
