Good morning.
One of my attorneys was told of an article in a recent ATLA Journal edition
(probably last two months) that is about an unnamed party falling into a
storm drain. The party then sued a college??? This is all the information
I have.
If this rings a bell to anyone who would be willing to fax the article to
me, please contact me off list!
