Hello all. I'm looking for a section out of Ginsburg and Levin's
Mergers, Acquisitions, and Buyouts from the March 1998 or prior edition.
Does anyone have any old editions of this? I'm looking for Section
610.6.2 in volume 2 of a March 1998 or prior edition.
