I am in search of a Radio Regulation from 1976. The cite is James H. Doyle, 38 Rad. Reg. 2d 330 (1976). I had no luck via Westlaw. The FCC web page doesn't seem to have them --(of course I may be missing it!) Anyone have a suggestion on where I might locate this item?
