Hi, everyone.
In NJ, we have a book called "Encyclopedia of NJ Causes of Action"
which is basically a checklist of what you need to establish to prove
the various causes of action that can be brought in NJ courts.
Does anyone know of an equivalent for NY causes of action?
Thanks!
Stephanie
