Hi, everyone.

Remember in the beginning of August there were some messages flying
around about the new pricing for Lexis' Enhanced Table of Contents
linking? Well, looks like Lexis heard us and responded (quite promptly,
I might add)!

I received this message, forwarded by my very diligent and wonderful
Lexis rep., Lila Gyasi, yesterday:

"Thank you for your recent feedback regarding Enhanced Table of
Contents
pricing. We are pleased to inform you of price decreases for this
feature.
Effective Sept. 1, 2002, document linking charges from the Enhanced
Table of
Contents (identifiable by a blue hypertext document link on lexis.com)
will
decrease to $5.50 for statutory content and $15.00 for analytical
content.

LexisNexis is committed to keeping customers informed about products,
pricing and other pertinent issues, and always appreciates your
feedback."

That seems much more reasonable to me. What do you all think?? If
nothing else, I truly appreciate that Lexis listened and took action to
keep its loyal customers satisfied.

It really is amazing what we can do when we put our minds to it! Yea
for us!!

Have a great day!!

Stephanie
