I am posting this for a friend. Please reply to her (see below).

I am trying obtain publically available copies (i.e. not in the BNA Health
Law Portfolios or journals) of the Hermann Hospital Closing Agreement (Sept.
20, 1994) and the Private Letter Ruling on Physician Recruitment (July 31,
1998). If anyone could possibly forward copies of the documents we would be
forever grateful and of course pay and fax or mailing charges.
