Ever curious to see what wonders West will unleash, I was interested to note
that we received the "2002 Update" on August 26, 2002, after receiving the
"August, 2002 Cumulative Supplement[s]" on August 22, 2002. Since the
Update requires that sections from binder 2 be removed and placed in binder
1, and sections from binder 3 be removed and placed in binder 2, that
effective skews the 2002 Supplement. I've been informed that West's editors
are indeed aware of this deformity and have every intention of correcting
it - in the 2003 Supplement! We're going to carefully cut and relocate the
affected supplemental material so that users stand at least a chance of
finding the updated text. But not happily are we so doing...
