Thanks to
Ellen Mahar of Wash. D.C.,
Michael Saporito, of the Social Library in Mass., and
a caller from Calif. who tried to catch it in an attorney's briefcase.
Altho we pay 10 grand a year for RIA CHECKPOINT we do not have this particular journal as part of the subscription.
RIA e-mails early alerts for such articles long before they are printed.
I've been waiting and hunting for this particular article since the 1st of May
(almost 2 months).
When it finally gets posted on Westlaw (sibling of RIA), all they provide is an abstract of the article.
You'd think that they'd offer a full copy at cost to a customer.
Am I expecting too much after paying over $60,000 a year for these 2 services?
