These appeal to different audiences and never the twain shall meet. We
mainly have CCH (many office copies of the Standard Federal Tax Reporter and
two in the library), but some people swear by the P-H. If you are getting
any State tax reporters in paper from CCH, DO NOT cancel. If you do, they
won't sell you the paper again. Only one firm in SF gets the entire group
of state tax reporters (we get CA and NY) and everyone borrows them all of
the time. (The Bank of America used to have them until everyone got moved
to NC).

Subject: CCH vs. Prentice-Hall

Does anyone have a preference of CCH tax library vs. the Prentice-Hall tax
library? Our library might be moving in with the public library who has
Prentice-Hall. We have CCH Standard Federal Tax Reporter, State Tax Guide,
and other CCH publications. Does anyone recommend one over the other?
Thank you.
