Hi everyone! I need help in locating a copy of the Committee on Codes
of Conduct of the Judicial Conference of the United
States, Advisory Opinion #58. I believe the adoption date was August 9,
1978.

I have already checked the usual sources - Lexis-Nexis, Westlaw, and
the Internet. If anyone can help me in obtaining this, I would be very
grateful!
