PLI Duplicate Shipments

PLI has contacted the CRIV regarding duplicate shipments that went out to many of their customers from May 29 through June 14. It took that length of time for the problem to come to light because the duplicates were so random and showed no pattern within their automated system.

PLI apologizes for any inconvenience and is in the process of trying to contact affected customers. Anyone who has received duplicate shipments should contact PLI Customer Service at 800-260-4PLI for return labels. Customers can also contact Jill Porter at 212-824-5824.
