According to my HR director, our policy for accommodating allergic library employees is contained in subparagraph (f) of our job description:

        (f) Employee Breathing
                
                If breathing by the employee is found to be detrimental to job performance, employee agrees to restrict said breathing to one fifteen minute break in the morning, employee's designated lunch hour, and one fifteen minute break in the afternoon. Breathing will be conducted off premises or in specially designated breathing areas adjacent to the rest rooms.

        (g) Independent Thought

                Employee shall restrict independent thought while...
