I am in need of a field service directive that was issued/discussed in the December 5, 1994 issue of RIA's Pension and Benefits Week. My own stock goes back to 1997. West's database goes back to 1996. Is there anyone who might have this issue/directive that could fax it to me? I've exhausted all my available sources. Thanks for any assistance.
