The China Securities Regulatory Commission has just (June 4) issued new
regulations giving foreign investors access to Chinese securities markets.
I can find tons of articles, but I need to locate the rules themselves.
The CRSC website is a couple of years behind in info, and I have tracked
almost every China link on Findlaw, with no success. I have searched
Lexis, and also done some general Web searching.
If anyone can point me towards these rules, I would be very grateful!!
