US Code website for person who is blind

Hello,

Does anyone know of a website for the US Code that is user-friendly for a
person who is blind? My patron uses a screen reader/voice synthesizer that
works best with a plain text document. Ideally, we would like a site that
would show an ENTIRE U.S. Code Title in plain text format on one page. I
know this would be a very long page but it's the best format for her screen
reader. The Cornell site and the Findlaw site both break down the code into
small sections, displaying just one section at a time. The CD-ROMs we have
follow this same formatting, as does the Loislaw.com site. Apparently, this
format is more difficult for her to use.

If you have any suggestions for primary law websites (or other electronic
resources) that are user-friendly for patrons who are blind, please let me
know!

Thanks!
Heidi
