Pennsylvania help please

With the help of Jenkins Law Library, last week I obtained copies of older Pennsylvania decisions. The citations are:

41 Berks County Law Journal 93 (1948/9)
107 Pittsburgh Law Journal 119

Can these citations be Shepardized? I'm not familiar with Pennsylvania law resources and need help.
