Just had a call from Lexis/Bender Customer Service (whom I will not refer to as MumBLeS in this e-mail. They're being responsive & helpful.) Seems they read my e-mail of yesterday, have looked into the matter and have decided that they can, indeed, merge the (formerly) Book Publishing Company (BPC) account into my main (&hopefully sole) account number.
So thank you, LNMB, for following up on an admittedly minor matter that makes a customer's life a little bit easier.
