I have been asked to provide advice on the methods of transmitting
documents with electronic signatures. I am not looking for policies,
but rather the mechanical process of transmitting the electronic
signature. My research, so far, has pointed me to specific software
packages, i.e. adobe, and to application service providers (ASPs) that
will facilitate the electronic signature. I now turn to my trusted
colleagues. What software packages, e-mail packages, or ASPs do you
use? I will summarize for the list if there is interest. Thanks in
