I am hoping to get recommendations for reputable collection agencies, in
California and Virginia (although I may need other states later on). I
have checked Zimmerman's Research Guide, and followed the link to the
National Judgement Network, but I am not sure how to guage the caliber of
the listings. I would appreciate any feedback.
