I am trying to locate a copy of the California Association of Realtors Code
of Ethics, which has been cited in a legal document. As far as I can tell,
the California Association website provides only a link to the National
Association of Realtors Code of Ethics. I can't be totally sure of that
because you must be an Association member to sign on. I have contacted the
Association, but I've had no reply.
Looking at websites for local "CAR" chapters in California, many post a
"Code of Ethics" link, but again, it is the code for the National
Association of Realtors, or "NAR". Can any of you tell me if the California
Association has its own code, or confirm that the National code is what is
being referred to here?
