There were a number of suggestions for free and low cost EDGAR sources. I
have compiled them below.

Many thanks to Martina Anders, Margi Heinen, Janice Henderson, Bob Hughes,
Gary Price, Rochelle Cheifetz, Staci Steadman, and Bill Jack.

SECInfo

We have been very happy with gsionline (liveedgar). The price is
reasonable--my rep. was willing to talk about a fixed rate if I wanted--and
the flexibility in searching is very good.
-------
Although it's not a full-text search I'm a big fan of the many services,
free
(at this point) available via Secinfo.Com http://www.secinfo.com
These include a free alert tool,
live feeds of both SEC and SEDAR filings, ability to export into many
formats.
-------
Try Edgarscan from Pricewaterhousecoopers:
http://edgarscan.pwcglobal.com/servlets/edgarscan.
-------
We use LivEdgar and are quite satisfied. We were able to negotiate a
very good rate with them and they were very competitive.
-------
EDGAR Scan is my favorite because you can open a document into word and
provide your attorney with a nice printout.

SEC.gov has gotten better. You can open the document separately from the
exhibits which is nice but there is still no guarantee that the print will
look nice.

Sec Info is another good one. http://www.secinfo.com. The nice feature is
the ability to browse recent filings by type.
-------

10K Wizard EDGAR Searcher
http://www.tenkwizard.com/
Offers more than 10Ks, but most of their enhanced features now require a
paid subscription. Still a good place to view filings and "copy and paste"
them into Word format.

Canadian Disclosure Documents - SEDAR Web Site
http://www.sedar.com/
Canadian equivalent of EDGAR.

EDGAR Online
http://www.edgar-online.com
Fee-based subscription program for accessing corporate documents by ticker
or company name.

EdgarScan (Price-Waterhouse-Coopers)
http://edgarscan.pwcglobal.com/servlets/edgarscan
Difficult to navigate and sometimes slow, but this site still offers EDGAR
documents in rich text format, as well as easy access to financials.

FreeEDGAR
http://www.freeedgar.com/
Most value-added features such as Watchlist Alerting and RTF Downloading are
no longer available on FreeEDGAR without a paid subscription.

Hoover's Online: IPO Central - Latest Fillings
http://www.ipocentral.com/features/ipoweek.html
Tracks recent IPO filings, posts within 24 hours, and provides links to
relevant EDGAR documents.

IPO Express (From Edgar Online)
http://www.edgar-online.com/ipoexpress/
Filings, pricings, performance. Searchable by company, industry,
underwriter, or geographic location.

LivEdgar (Global Securities Information)
http://www.gsionline.com/
Login page for subscription-only LivEdgar document retrieval service. Offers
easy searching of EDGAR documents as well as SEC no action letters. Fees
are: $10.00 to log on and $1.25 per minute. No other charge for searching,
downloading, or opening files.

SEC EDGAR Database
http://www.sec.gov/edgar/searchedgar/webusers.htm
Access to EDGAR filings and a mass of company information. Also includes a
helpful "Edgar Form Definitions" list, and links to current SEC rulemaking.
Quick access to forms, but no full-text searching.

SEC Form Types and Definitions (From Live Edgar)
http://www.gsionline.com/support/secform.htm
A helpful listing of all SEC forms with an explanation of their purposes.

SEC Home Page
http://www.sec.gov/
Search SEC and EDGAR documents, including archives. Current news and
proposed changes to regulations. Access to "A Plain English Handbook: How to
Create Clear SEC Disclosure Documents."

SEC Info EDGAR Search
http://www.secinfo.com/
Offers easy navigation of financial data as well as the ability to download
EDGAR documents in rich text format.
