CROSS-POSTED. PLEASE EXCUSE DUPLICATION.

Dear Colleagues:

I am gathering some information on behalf of our Records Manager about the D&B Family Tree Finder and the CMS conflicts system. If your firm uses
these two products, then I'd appreciate hearing from you!

We have been testing the D&B Family Tree Finder, and would like to gain some insight into how other firms integrate the information into their
conflicts database. Please reply to me privately or, if you would prefer to discuss by phone, please let me know and I will be happy to call you.

1. Do you run conflicts checks on new clients only, new matters only, or both?

2. Do you add the complete family tree information (including officers and directors), or just a portion thereof, to your conflicts database? If so,
do you enter it manually, export it, or copy and paste the information into the matter or client level?

3. Do you search additional conflicts entities in the Family Tree Finder and, if so, do you add that information (including officers and directors) to
your conflicts database ?

4. Do you periodically review and update the information in your conflicts system by running searches in the Family Tree Finder?

Thank you so much for your assistance.
