1934 ABA Report Sought - Cross Posted Message

We are trying to locate an American Bar Association Report from 1934 (possibly issued April 1934) that contains recommendations for amendments to the Securities Act of 1933.  

The Report was mentioned in Congressional debate in 1934, and this is all the information we have. 

I would appreciate it if anyone with an old document collection or very detailed legislative histories of the '33 or '34 Acts would check to see it they have this report.
