Can anyone out there locate the following item?
"Secretary of Labor v. Sturm Ruger & Co., Inc., Pine Tree Castings Division,
OSHCR Dkt Nos. 99-1873 & 99-1874 [hereinafter Order Denying Motion to
Suppress]."
Date was on or around July 5, 2000. Is referenced in 131 F.Supp.2d 211.
Possibly it should be OSHRC Dkt Nos. 99-1873 & 99-1874. The letters may be
transposed.
Westlaw and Lexis doesn't seem to have this item, and Googling the web
doesn't reveal what I need either. I get other Sturm Ruger items, but not
this one.
