I am looking for legislative history on the 2000 amendment of Section
186-a (Tax on the furnishing of utility services) and in particular the
amendment to subdivision 6 by L.2000 c.63 pt. Y Sec. 4. Does anyone
know of a source for any legislative, executive, etc. memorandums or
other items of legislative history that might exist. Please contact me
