I am trying to track down 28 Corp. Journal 243 (1979) -- I think this
is the old Warren Gorham & Lamont journal "Corporation Journal" It is
not on Wexis nor do any of the Michigan law schools have it. Of course
the attorney needs it today. Can someone help me out.
