We have been asked to locate FTC Advisory Op. 99-5. I have the date of
the opinion (7/2/99) but not the names of the parties involved...beyond a
vague reference to outsourcing. These do not appear to be included in LEXIS
or Westlaw and although some of them are available via the FTC website, I am
unable to locate this one. I've spoken with the FTC and they tell me the
number of the decision does them no good....they need the names involved.
Go figure....
If anyone can provide me with some insight on tracking these down or if,
by some miracle, you have this particular document in your collection,
