I am looking for Treasury Department Circular No. 21, as amended, 31 CFR
part 240. It is referenced in 26 CFR 601.504(a)(5). I have searched the
Department of Treasury web site, our RIA Checkpoint subscription, the IRS
web site, GPO Access, etc. I have found references to Treasury Department
Circulars but no copies of circulars. Does anyone have this circular or know
where I can get a copy of it? Thank you.
