#1 License plates:
answer: yes and no and maybe. ;)
CDB Infotek/Choicepoint does provide for some license plate searching
on a state-by-state basis (some states dont allow it at all). However,
often you need to provide OTHER corroborating info to go with it. (which
of course you probably dont have or you wouldnt be searching this way in
the first place)
One note about license plates: these days SO many cars are leased, not
bought...therefore the license plate is registered to the car leasing
company, not the person you are looking for.
