It starts with a killer dart.
Obi-Wan Kenobi turns investigative researcher. We learn that no one can identify with any certainty where the unique dart comes from. Nothing shows up in the analysis archives.
Obi-Wan visits an old friend named Dexter Jettster, the proprietor of Dex's Diner. Dexter identifies the unique dart and comments "Those analysis droids you've got over there only focus on symbols, you know. I should think you Jedi would have more respect for the difference between knowledge and wisdom." Dexter tells him the dart originates on the planet Kamino located at Outer Rim.
Obi-Wan returns to the archives to find out more about this planet. This is where he encounters our librarian. Madame Jocasta Nu, the Jedi Archivist . . . described as "an elderly, frail-looking human Jedi. Tough as old boots and smart as a whip."
She said something along the lines "One thing you may be absolutely sure of - if an item does not appear in our records, it does not exist!"
Obi-Wan finds Master Yoda who is teaching a class. Probably hoping the Master knows about the planet. Master Yoda invites his students to help solve the mystery of the missing planet. One child suggests that perhaps the information has been erased from the archives by someone.
See http://scripts.cgispy.com/newsboard.cgi?user=starwars8 if you're now curious about this or see the movie. Not a 10, but entertaining.

I didn't see it, but her comment could be interpreted to mean that
her library has everything, so that if the information can't be found
there, it can't be found anywhere.
