Good Morning, All!!

 I am seeking a copy (in English) of the text of the Foundation for
Remembrance, Responsibility, and the Future. (this is an agreement that
Germany wold set up for the payments to Holocaust victims.)

 Does anyone have a copy they can fax me or can tell me where to locate
it??

 I am finding lots of references to it, but not the actual document. My
atty believes the US may have printed it as an official document. May
also be called an executive order.
