50 state comparison of the law of fiduciary responsibility or fiduciary duty.

Any suggestions as to a treatise or other guidance?

I'm not making any headway with Indexmaster, local law library catalogs, the web, etc.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I am presuming that, as a UCC issue, the laws are similar ― or is that a faulty presumption?
