If I'm not wrong, what you are looking for is related to stock options. If
correct, I think they are listed in the Wall Street Journal. I'm not sure
of an online historical Data, but have you tried Lexis?

Subject: Stock "Calls"?
Greetings all,
I have been asked to locate historical stock "calls", which I am told are
different than stock "quotes". I've tried some of the Internet historical
stock quote sites, but I couldn't locate anything about "calls".
Does anyone have a favorite source to locate this type of information?
Print is OK, too. WSJ, perhaps?
Any leads appreciated,
