I am looking for a transcript of the oral arguments before the U.S. Supreme
Court in Ex Parte Endo, 323 U.S. 283 (1944). This was one of the Japanese
internment cases. I have checked several sources, including Alderson
Reporting Company and the National Archives. I spoke with a librarian at the
U.S. Supreme Court library and he told me that a transcript was not made for
this case. If anyone could provide any assistance, even if it is a
confirmation that such a transcript does not exist, I would be very
grateful. Thank you.
