I'm not sure if this is what you have in mind. Freddie Mac publishes a
three-volume binder titled "Seller/Servicer Guide", and If my memory serves
me right, it contains law/regulation/forms etc.

Are there any librarians out there that are familiar enough with banking law
resources to tell me what the actual titles are for the "Fannie Mae Guide"
and the "Freddie Mac Guide"? These are supposed to be guides for lenders but
I don't find any mention of such items on their web sites or as government
documents. Any guidance would be appreciated!
