I need the following cites from the current issues of the following building
code books. All cites refer to sidewalk maintenance requirements,
specifically regarding the maximum allowed elevation between sidewalk
slabs/sections.

BOCA Property Maintenance Code Section 302

Standard Building Code's Standard Housing Code Section 305.5

Uniform Building Code Chapter 11 (Section?)

International Building Code's Property Maintenance Code Section 302.3

Most of these sections deal only very generally with sidewalk maintenance,
but I still need to see each of them.
